ReadyNative (readynative.app) is sold by Madiyar Baizhigitov, an individual. By buying ReadyNative or using the code you receive, you agree to these terms.
The licence
You get a perpetual licence to the code in a private GitHub repository. The full text is the LICENSE in that repository; in short:
- Build unlimited apps - your own, your company’s or your clients’ - and sell them.
- Starter is for one developer. Pro is for up to five developers in one company; repo access goes to one GitHub account.
- Do not resell, republish or share the code itself, or build a competing starter kit from it.
The free tier (ready-native-free on GitHub) is MIT-licensed and not covered by these terms.
Delivery
Polar handles the payment. Right after checkout, and from the link in Polar’s receipt email, you open Polar’s customer portal and connect your GitHub account; GitHub then emails an invitation to the private repository to the address on that account. The invitation expires after 7 days; if it lapses, tell me through the support form and you get a new one.
Updates
Your licence includes lifetime updates: every release published to the repository for your tier reaches you at no extra cost, for as long as ReadyNative is maintained. “Lifetime” means the life of the product, not a promise to maintain it forever. If updates stop, your licence and every version you already have stay yours.
Refunds
Once you have access to the repository you have the product, so there are no refunds after access is granted, except where the law requires otherwise. Polar is the merchant of record and handles any refund the law requires. Before you buy, the free version and the module docs show exactly what you get. If something does not work as advertised, tell me through the support form and it gets fixed.
Payment and tax
Polar is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges the VAT or sales tax your country requires and issues the invoice.
Disclaimer
The code is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Expo, Apple and Google ship breaking changes on their own schedule, and store review is their call.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Price changes
Prices can change at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, and its courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
