No state library

Only the built-in stores remain - src/stores/create-store.ts, a tiny useSyncExternalStore helper that backs theme mode and onboarding. I'd keep this while local useState and those two stores are enough; there's no extra dependency and nothing to learn. With --with-examples, /examples/store shows the core "Module not installed" screen.

createPersistedStore in src/stores/create-store.ts is the pattern to copy if you need one more shared value: it persists through @/lib/storage and exposes a useStore() hook plus useHydrated().
