No location

This is the no-op location option: no expo-location, no permission dialog and no purpose string in your app. It owns src/lib/location.ts as a re-export of the core shim, so @/lib/location keeps the same API - location.supported is false, getCurrentPosition() resolves null and the permission calls resolve "unsupported".
